The Exam

Our mission is to have all drivers who are medically fit on the road so they can maintain their livelihoods. Our experienced Certified Medical Examiners apply the minimum standards set forth by the FMCSA to qualify drivers to keep their licenses. Please watch our instructional videos to be prepared to take the DOT physical.

BasicMed Physical Examinations for private pilots are also performed at this location.

Own or manage a company with drivers?  Ask us about our group discounts. These are among the lowest rates per test in the state!  We also offer priority scheduling to contracted companies.
